Lot19 Artspace is seeking expressions of interest for a unique studio opportunity within our vibrant creative community.

We have a 7m x 6m studio available, complete with a shipping container for secure storage and access to a separate 6m x 6m room currently set up to house kilns. This combination of spaces offers flexibility for a wide range of creative practices, from large-scale artworks to specialist craft production.

If your proposal is centred around a ceramics practice, Lot19 has some equipment that could be part of the arrangement, including pottery wheels and kilns. These resources make the space particularly well-suited to ceramic artists seeking a professional working environment.

Lot19 Artspace is a well-established, community-driven hub for artists, makers, and cultural practitioners. We are looking for creative, committed individuals who value collaboration, skill-sharing, and contributing to the cultural life of our region.

Proposed rent: approx $800 per calendar month plus GST.
